Brad Elkowitz
Brad Elkowitz ordered advertising through paypal and then after the work was done and couldn’t be taken back, contacted paypal and then requested a refund. He had claimed through paypal that the transaction was made without his knowledge, but yet he filled out forms with his name and website in them.
The client would not have any contact or describe if he had any issue at all. Brad would not respond to any emails. Because of this, its possible that Brad Elkowitz goes around and orders products through paypal and then gets them refunded after the service has taken place.
I would strongly advise scanning the internet on his name if you are doing business with him.
