The fake job offer fraud.

They promise a percentage, but you would lose money (and possibly your liberty).  Further down this page there is a sizeable list of the names and titles attached to some of the criminally motivated junk mail you may have received. Use your browser’s search facility (Ctrl+F in Firefox and Explorer) to find a name of interest.   Well done, you were right to be suspicious!!

NB: Many victims seem to have been contacted by the scammers as a result of them putting up a CV at sites like Monster.com, Totaljobs.com and Careerbuilder.com. The criminals often use the titles of genuine companies in their scam mailings. Some will appear below, but of course these companies have no relationship with the scammers, they are just another category of victim.

EXAMPLE If you receive a check of$1,000.00 your net income is $100.00,our company supports any fees. You will process at least 2-3 orders per day and you will earn more than $200.00 cash in hand each day.

REMEMBER: THE MORE ORDERS YOU PROCESS- AT A FASTER THE RATE THE HIGHER YOU STAND TO EARN DAILY.

What we ask:Two free hours weekly including weekends, Internet access for sending and receiving e-mails,available means of cashing money orders/checks at your bank using your existing bank account.
